Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade and small batch items, returns and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basic.

If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Custom items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
